A good game, sure

but y'know it really ain't worth any money.

Its a glorified breakout, there's a ton of better games like this on the web as freeware, so its kinda time to wake up.

Kudos to you guys if anyone actually buys this, though. 7.50 euros for 25 levels, when 10 took what, 15 minutes? er... no thanks.

its a nice dream, but its not gonna happen unless you think bigger and make games people are gonna buy into out of addiction, not obligation. you know the ones, popcap/arcadetown churn em out at a decent speed.

you have obviously your author comments space, you may want to indicate that its shareware, a demo, and try and convince people its worth the cash.

on its own merits, i'll give it a 4/5, but as a commercial game, its nothing spectacular.

Commercial Game?

Asking for money to continue playing after level 10, nice touch. Maybe I misunderstood what this site was about, but I thought it was a place for independant Flash artists and programmers to submit their work for the enjoyment of others, not for profit.

Great game!!

Okay - the main concept of the game isn't original. But what you made out of the old concept is simply great!

- Great graphics
- Great comic strip storyline
- Great variation of the known game concept of keeping the ball inside the screen boundaries

All in all, I give this 5/5 and 10/10 (which is VERY rare) because of its innovative game concept (though not being 100% original), beautiful graphics and the overall professional appearance. This game's quality is higher than that of most commercial titles out there!

You are absolutely right it isn't 100% original. But nowadays it seems that every console developer has left the good old 2d style graphics. But there was still so much good stuuf to be made in that field. We believe in exploring those 2d area were the concole developers have abandoned them.
That why we enjoy the work of Tom on the Consoles. He is also a strong beiever in 2d, And So might i say are we!

Very Fun

The 'intro' was well done, and the graphics were spectacular. The game form itself was pretty unique (very well done, turning the 'bouncer' was a nice touch) and I have to say, I wish there were more quality games like this on Newgrounds =)
