there are so many interpretations and meanings behind that ^_^/.. BWHAHAHA, yea so many fuckin meanings my ass, i announce this flash to be.. ALMOST EMO!!!!!!!!. on another note, the animation was basic and boring, the story was meaningless and nonchalont, o and the songs crap too. fass.

these are truly the kinds of animations that i long to see on newgrounds...i love anything that is along the lines of inspirational and stimulates real thought...your flash was just that...i truly hope that you keep up the good work and continue to put out flashes that fall into the same category as this
Truly adding colour to a black and white world
Monothematic is to put it frankly a piece of art. This animation briefly touches upon an issue which I hold close to my heart. The graphics of the piece may have been simplistic but I find that it adds to the creativity of this piece. Most of the best works stick to the basics of animation looking at South Park for instance, a highly succesful show that didn't need to break boundries where the actual graphics were conserned. Like South Park what really makes this animation a success is the idea and the inspiration that has so clearly driven monothematic to what it has become, a master piece.
