Needs some more jokes
Although the animation, sound and points being made were first class, it needed a lot more humour put into it in order to make it a real winning flash movie.
The voice of the captain is so good, he needs some funnier things to say and put more of his points into more crazy far right wing ways.

The animation/art was exceptional, very well done. But it wasn't really funny at all...
New beginnings
I am really hoping that this is setting up the character for a long series. It is a great idea, but needs to be expanded more. The first one was funnier, but I have a feeling as more characters are introduced and as the animator see what works that this series will only get better.
I remember thinking ATHF was mildly amuseing the first time I saw it (same goes for homestar). Hopefully the same will ring true for Captian Capitalism. Keep em coming.
Not bad
Not bad at all. I like your style and your work. I'm not sure if your rushed this one or what, but it feels like something is missing from it. I loved the first one but this one didn't match up in my opinion. Good job other then that.
