That was the most beautiful cash expending thing I've seen in close to a week, 5 all around, damn hilarius; great concept start to finish and well executed.

This movie is exactly what needs to be sent to little children. It's fun AND educational. The Dick Cheney reference is a nice touch, but will get outdated when Bush's Presidency ends. I don't really like seeing date references of that sort, but for the time being, it's hilarious. The super hero is trying to give some kind of moral or wthical standard of conduct to the children and failing utterly, even though he doesn't realize this. Overall I think this is a great submission with humor that Newgrounds could really see more of. More and more submissions feature things that may be funny for the creator, but fail to amuse a larger audience and I feel that this movie could support many more people (especially those politcally inclined and/or Democrats).
