Have'nt listened
to your shit in a while man. This is pretty epic but the mix could use some work, maybe turn the orch stuff down a tad and less treble on the guitars and bring the bass up a little more. I think the over all mix could use less treble but that's just me. I don't know if you are playing the guitar lines or if they are programmed but sounds pretty good. Just needs some work on the mix my man! GJ!

I'm actually honored in a way if a well-known metal artist like you takes time to listen to songs like mine tbh XD I have much yet to learn, so I'll take note of that...the original orchestration was even louder though. And yeah, the bass seems to be very unheard; I should fix that sometime. I'll see what I can do about those since I need all the help I can get.
Oh, and yeah, I already explained in YuYu Metal that I myself don't perform any of the guitar lines in any of my songs. (See: My first news post...) But that's where a certain secret recipe of mine is used to make it sound like what it does. :)

liked the guitars(s) and the drums were some of the best ive heard on a NG track before.
However just one complaint.
The piano in the beginning was far to high pitched.
For some reson i thouht this was the beginning of a ballad lol.
Overall i loved it though:D
(Loved the angelic chorus in the back, always a nice touch in a metal song)

I don't play drums at all, but still try hard to make them awesome based on the music I listen to (Wintersun, Dark Moor, Machinae Supremacy, Fairyland, etc.) and from a close friend of mine who's a drummer. I don't agree with the piano thing though, I like it where it is ^^; Ballad? Could've been, but hey, I did say this was symphonic metal didn't I? :)

I agree, if I had to pick between the two then I'd have to go with the original. Listening to this now 7 years after, it was a couple of nice ideas that could've used more variation and better execution. Thanks, as always!

It was very well composed, but the sound just didn't feel too unique. Good job, but still, you have room to improve.
Well, I appreciate all kinds of constructive criticism, thanks for that, but what would really help is if you help me find this "room to improve". Like, mention certain parts of the song that I should change. It would really help :)
