so-so
I didn't give it a blam cuz it's not crap but:
Clean up the art, you got line bleed, a cow the size of a house, and the meteor hits the kitchen sink. It's slop that shouldn't be there because it looks like you can do better.
And if you wanna really jazz up future art, you can go with the newgrounds "make my stuff look better 101" way and do a liniar on each paint instead of solid, that way it LOOKS like you know what you're doing.
Ok, that was just suggestions, something you can keep in mind. I liked it though, keep it up
