Now what you should do is add some things,
Music, Gunshot sounds anything to catch the emotion in the flash.
Maybe you could have some text, Or even speech. It was very good none the less.
I don't usally like stick movies but you did a good job.

I liked the tank graphics!
The tank was cool looking, and the machine gun blasting. But the "widescreen" bars didnt hide the part we wernt supposed to see. And stick movies are shitty unless you can do them reaaaallllllyyyy fucking amazing. Yours right now is just fucking amazing. Get the reaaaallllllyyyy in there and you should do fine!

The artwork wasn't bad at all. It needs some sound and a story, though.

the tank and guns were excellently drawn... the stickmen's animations were... poor.
and sticks are very overplayed...
