It was OK...
Here are some tips on making it better:
-Don't use buttons. Either have them speak or make it so that each quote bubble is at about 2 seconds per word (or if its only like 1 or 2 words have it at least 5 secs.)
-Make the actions smoother, or at least have differant sound affects for the punching and kicking.
-Don't go out of your way to be funny. If you make it run smoothly, and have a variaty of violence the humor will naturally be there.
-Put up some unique music. Nothing is more boring than listening to heavy metal while watching a fight scene.

i think the naruto characters lost a bit too much in the battle, but the choice of ending is very good! maybe you should make another one, like sakura vs amy and knuckles vs kakashi!
