i really like the way you altered teh melody. i wish there would of been more melody like 1:00-1:13
the new instrument somewhat overpowers that. but it still sounds good. i just would of liked to be able to hear that section more :D

The only thing i saw that bothered me was that in some parts the beat didn't sync with the flow of the music so it just threw me off a little bit.

Good...
I did not like the filtering you used on the main riff when everything came in after the intro. I was waiting to be hit hard with an awesome saw symphony, and it just never happened. The builups, i felt, just didn't deliver that knockout punch i was hoping for. Regardless, the song is still amazing. Your filtering use throughout the entirety of the song is superb. Very nice job.
