Yeah ok, I get how you hate people sending in random crap into the portal, that's a fine point. But when one makes this point by making a parody of said point that is for all intents and purposes crappy it is not only missing the point that it itself is trying to make and therefore hypocritical, but also it's just plain stupid. Like Paris Hilton stupid. If you're going to bash people for having a bad amount of talent then at least take the effort to show that you actually have it. Especially when it's 4.5 megs.

And no just because it's a parody doesn't mean you can make it crappy. Go watch some other parodies and you'll see, they don't suck.
My advice for you my man is take some tutorials and put alot more time and effort into it. The idea is slightly funny and I think you could build on it, so don't make up reasons why you don't have to put more effort into it. Don't give up quite yet, you have a good idea.
