Ok, with some issues.
First off, I thought that the art and the motions were nicely done. I very much liked that dramatic 3-4 frame turn around when the guy's being shot at.
My only problem was the sound. While I can appreciate you leaving the gunfire out, the music was really low. I had to crank my speakers to hear it. Maybe some muffled gunfire or voices wouldn't have been bad. The music selection was very nice, btw.
I look forward to however many more parts you plan to make.
I know the volume of my sound was like crap, I'll change it.. :)

Details, details..
Overall, it's a good flash, it just needs some fine tuning. Like the gun barrel is transparent when the hitman guy fires his first shot. The end was a little choppy. - 'n' stuff like that. Keep up the good work. This whole day i've only seen shitty flash movies(few exceptions). Now, towards the end of the day, just when i'm about to go to sleep, people start posting the good stuff, like this one :\

Well, it needs something, but I'm not sure what.
I can't quite put my finger on it, but something is wrong with this flash, it's not the graphics, they're good, it's not as stylish as it could be- that needs improvement. And dispite the fact that the music didn't fit at all, I don't think that's it eather... oh well!

i like your choice of music so i'll give you a one there. It felt a bit too slow for me. I kept changing it to low quality to see if it'd go any faster... didn't help.
just some pointers. ur character was holding the AWP wrong. the butt of the gun should be against the same shoulder of the hand that is gripping the trigger. i agree w/ the uzi comment too. I like some of ur animation.
keep it up. i hope to see a stronger and more quality work next time.
