Look, if you don't know enough Japanese to string together real dialogue, that's fine. No one's going to yell at you for putting together a tribute in English. What isn't fine is slapping random voice clips of the seiyuu from the Hunter x Hunter OVA onto your movie, especially since they have nothing to do with what's really going on onscreen. Maybe only a few people on Newgrounds will notice the difference, but it's remarkable bad form. If you love a Japanese movie enough to make a tribute to it, then you should at least dredge up the effort to find yourself mildly accurate voice acting.
