style driven
this screams style, i rly enjoyed it, the dark comic style as adapted in max payne fits in rly well, and dont quote me on this but is the only animation on the portal at the mo which takes this direction, so well played. Also had a hint of gabriel knight, and i thought this has to be set somewhere like new orleans, but i love it being in London, definately deserves a high score and i look forward 2 future parts,
vast emprovment from the first one
the first one sucked but i can see where you were coming from. other than that keep the longer speech bubbles on longer and there were a few spelling mistakes, i don't really mind but it kind of confused me when he said pact instead of packed.
also the angel was cool.

Slightly Flawed
Well, it looks great and overall this is a pretty decent movie. The sound bothered me though. You have some cool music going, but sometimes it's totally inappropriate for what's going on. There's this fast music, more suitable for an action sequence, playing through most of the movie even though certain scenes would have been better off with a more atmospheric song.
