If you're going to use a sloppy art style, it's best to to frame by frame animation as opposed to tweenshots. Usually when people tween they spend more time on what they draw. I'm a fan of frame by frame so I would say to keep your style and cut out the tweens.

The animation was pretty bad and the drawings were poorly done, I couldn't see anything that was going on. The battle was too short. I didn't like the music very much and there were no sound effects. Try again.
