Reviews for "Stop Crying - Part 1"

alright

per the author, this is a tribute. it's very touching to see human's haven't lost all sense of compassion yet. Although I agree that this flash does digress somewhat, you cannot remember a lost family member by that person alone. Memories and pain are shaped by both that person and their interaction with the world. Everything culminates into one. The guy who was completely inconsiderate should at least have the respect to rate only the flash if he doesn't care for the content. The graphics can be greatly improved as well as character motion, but the dialogue and monologue weren't that bad. The sarcasm at the end was pretty cool. I hope people can sometimes be a bit more sympathetic. Keep trying and good luck with everything.

Wow

This flash would not have gotten on the front page if it wasn't about your brother dying.

Review:

Alright, I'll say it once. I'm sorry for your loss. I lost my sister about fourteen years ago, and she was blind, deaf, mute, and mentally disabled, so I can relate.

Other than that, I'll review this flash with absolutely no apathy.

Graphics: The characters moved far from smoothly, to say the least. The movements of the falling and punching looked robotic. But, the characters LOOKED pretty damn good. Work with the animation.

Style: Hand-drawn, but generic. Find a style, and master it.

Violence: None, other than the punching and the falling. See "Graphics"
Interactivity: None
Humour: Some may find this unintentionally funny. They can kiss my Irish ass.
Overall: Mediocre tribute, but you have much potential.

Not bad but it could use some work

This was alright not the best but ok
i'd watch part 2 when it comes tough
The main problem is the animation its self its good
but its plain. The opening sence were good though.

Taking the pain into consideration.

I can't imagine how much courage it took to create a retelling of the story, so with that in mind I'll try to give you a constructive criticism.

The opening scene wasn't bad, generic thunder and a bad dream. The only thing I found slightly irritating was the fact that you have a tendancy to loop scenes. The scream, collapse of the body, and the beating. Not that it's bad entirely, just overdone. When Sha was telling the story it would have been nice to continue the piano in the background that seemed to have stopped abruptly. Hoping for the next one to be excellent.
