its like megaman meets ikaruga. cant really give you a whole lot on originality but its still a good game.

That was really good, you should make a sequal to this. In the sequal:
Continue from the level you got a game over on(its gets really annoying
Make some sort of special move
Have mega man use physical attacks
Have difficulties(easy, medium, hard etc)
And have more levels
If you do the new game would be #1 on newgrounds untouched at the top of the list!(please answer this, I know you answer most people's reviews)
