How can you get better.
funny, but youre wrong about something.
first off, this was about fate, not prederterminism or general lack of control.
youre arguement about the truck is that he wont make a choice about his fated belief because he will be dead, this means that things are only pre determined so taht they can fit human notions of what makes sense? sounds fishy and arrogant, but following youre logic, HE MADE THE CHOICE TO BE HIT BY THE TRUCK BECAUSE OF HIS BELIEFS!! THAT WAS A CHOICE ABOUT HIS FATE!!!!!!!!!!!! HIS DEATH WAS A CHOICE, NOT A PREVENTION OF CHOICE, IT JUST MADE IT HAPPEN SOONER!
also, chaos theory. even if so minute as to never be measured or udnerstood, all thigns have profound effects on all other thigns in the universe. simply having that conversation with the other guy might have made teh other guy more adament and outward in his belief of fate, then he might have more conversations with other people who then do stuff, and hatis the lamest use of chaos theory, its really about atoms and when you compound variations overtime
