That's one bad-ass cop.
That must be the only police precinct in the country with access to hand grenades.
I can tell you truly put effort into this, and while it's definitely not my cup of tea, and I find such things rather dull, I'll acknowledge you for the obvious care you put into your work.
I kind of like the pupil-less eyes thing your characers have going. They're a bit crudely drawn, but I kind of liked that too.

The music was a little off...
needed sound not ripped off from video games, because a big ol' revolver donesnt make pussy little 9mm puffs, and, the policeman gave the mobsters a grenade, because when you pull the pin, the spoon (little handle on the back) flies off. other than that, very good job.
Not bad.
The music was okay, a little much. Animation was fine, the story was decent - although the cops seem to find the hat in the wrong spot. And why didn't a mobster shoot the cop, why did they let him slowly pull out a grenade? other than that, not bad.
