OK.. Not sure if you caught on to this, or maybe it was just me who thinks differently, but the movie is supposed to be like those old education films.. ok? And most of the films, in retrospect, were quite racist. Think outside of the box for once.

Anyways, your movies seem to be lacking in storyline. A good story is one that taps into emotions that everyone can relate to(one that has universal appeal). I wasn't interested in this at your age, but it can be something simple like chewing gum stuck on your shoe, embarrassing or ironic situations, etc. You may want to put some thought into that.
Otherwise you seem to be doing well with animation.
