Every time I listen to this I picture this:
:01 Calvary is lined up, marching forwards.
:14 The General raises his sword, gleaming in the sunlight, and the force charges across a field, into a hail of arrows and burning balls of oil.
:45 The two armies collide with a deafening impact, men trampled, calvarymen dismounted, impaled.
1:17 The infantry force catches up with the calvary, turning the battle to the attackers' favor.
1:30 The defending commander looks at his army's failing defenses and realizes all is lost.
1:45 The defenders form a ring around their commander, protecting him until their deaths.
Amazing song dude, can't wait for the finished version. 10/10 5/5 :O
Loved Every Second Of It
I've always loved these songs that just have this emporing boom to it. It almost feels like something you'd hear during a medieval march. The drums sound like they should and the strings are great. Loved it, absolutely adored it.

I've been trying to think of what song this track reminds me of. After listening to it a few times, I think I'm able to pinpoint it--during the main chord progression, this sounds to me like a sweeping, cinematic remix of the chorus from Hotel California. Listen to it carefully, and I think you'll see what I mean. That's not a criticism, though--this is a great track. I especially love your use of the singer; it adds a little touch of melancholy and beauty that, IMHO, makes this track stand out as a real work of skill.
