Stupid Ralphie...
You have quite an interesting idea for a game here. I would try and make it a little more challenging though as you often either gather up all the votes in ten seconds (and win) or you linger around for the next minute waiting for the timer to run out. The fact you can hide off-screen makes that a little easy.

i got some entertainment of it. I would just like to state that Shadow Fox 1 is retarded.

you can just move your character off screen and wait for time to run out...your opponets just bounce around.

Well, as far as come the elections, here's my review :
Graphics : Looks a bit normal. Nothing special.
Style : Maybe more votes to take.
Interactivity : Too easy. You have to put some difficulties and power-ups, a bigger map.
Humor : I thought it was a bit humorous... Don't ask me why... Maybe because of the winning message.
Overall : More work to do. Your game is fun at the start, but after, it's obviously boring... Try to put other cool effects to make your game better.
