Nice work, but a few pointers
The goal should probably be much higher, and also even if u do reach the goal without stealing it still doesnt say u win until u steal

Why do people even include Nader anyway, he isn't even on enough ballots to win.

i really like the game idea.. but.. my technique was this.. collect as many votes as possible and then have my character leave the screen and wait til the timer runs out. You should either make it so that you cannot leave the screen or script it so that the other dudes try to follow where you are. cool game though. the governator.. look out!

You have quite an interesting idea for a game here. I would try and make it a little more challenging though as you often either gather up all the votes in ten seconds (and win) or you linger around for the next minute waiting for the timer to run out. The fact you can hide off-screen makes that a little easy.
