Good first try...
I would say work on the following:
First- Write a story line that is either funny or dark, that seems to be what people like on newgrounds. Make some charactors and give them personalities.
Second- Throw in some great music, I have always liked the use of rock instrumental.
Third- Keep up the good work, if that is really your first flash you have great potential.

Was ok. Could of been a lot funnier lolz. Good drawings though, you do got some skills there.

It's not horrible. I say keep it up. I give it 3/5. You need to work on your voice overs, and you need to make it a little more linear story line. It was kind of hard to follow for me. The joke wasn't that great.. but yeah its not terrible.
