Good first try...
I would say work on the following:
First- Write a story line that is either funny or dark, that seems to be what people like on newgrounds. Make some charactors and give them personalities.
Second- Throw in some great music, I have always liked the use of rock instrumental.
Third- Keep up the good work, if that is really your first flash you have great potential.

not bad.
nice idea, and funny movie. very nice graphics, adn the movie was well presented. it would have been better if there was more speaking though, so it was more like a real cooking show. still, good sound effects, and quite funny.
