You have promise.
The graphics of the people,buildings, those walking machines and the effects were a bit scetchy by standard.
The snow was done well and the background ect.
Good style and character.
Sound effects would have been good...but dulled a bit because the lack of sound effects added an element.
Violence idea was good but was displayed in a manner that you will improve over time.
Good start for a first flash presentation. You'll get there.
Damn that took long.
Try to get to the fekkin' point quicker. I thought I was watching Robots walking on the snow field. Work on facial expressions a bit(soldiers all looked the same, depressed)Song was good. Meh 3 fo u. God I wish I could put little TM's on my phrases.

The movie started out cool and is animated well, it just kida got boring with no sound. If you added wind, some macine gun fire and other sounds, it would have been better. I have always liked the song too and its good to see a FF6 fan who can animate well. I'd like to see more from you.
Needs different music
The intro really is MUCH too long. I realize it couldn't have worked any other way with the music you chose, but that means you should pick a new song. Once the shooting part got underway (finally), I found the music was too slow-I couldn't feel like anything was happening quickly, and it forced you to stay on each shot for a long time.
Very good first flash
So, it's your first flash, and I'd say, it's far better thanthe average "My-first-flash". The basic flaws that everyone makes are there. If you can look through that, this is actually very good.
