Umm, whoa.
Whoa, that's pretty impressive. The graphics and animation started out rather basic, but they got much better when he started fighting the big nemesis guy. The story's also quite corny, but as this is an anime parody, it's probably supposed to be like that. The violence was over the top, but cool and funny. I guess the music was appropriate, but net really my taste.
Overall: pretty cool, make more.

better then most of this shit
all the good stuff on newgrounds lately is way to short and the story is never complete but this one was a bit differant..i didn't like the fact that most of it was just people running at him and he shot them it was cool don't get me wrong but there was to much of it(eh you can't really have to many dead people tough) and the last battle was pretty cool...unlike most of the action submissions on newgrounds i don't have to wait months before i see how it ends lol

I think the movement of the characters was kind of stiff... and not 2 much variety in the action.. so i give this a 2 out of 10...
Here's a tip.. polish ur backgrounds.. they suck
