buttons are a must in a tutorial, its make it easy to take time for important steps.
there should also be a scene selection for al the things you handle

if you intend for this to be used as a tutorial this is way too fast for an animator to keep up with
most tutorials just put a stop command on each frame and a goto button in the bottom right corner

first, maybe you brain can work at 900 rpm, but normal people dont take in information this way.
second, i didnt see how that, in any way, resembled an eye.
