well, what can you expect...
from the 2nd biggest thread on NG!? heh, i'll tell ya, one freakin good flash!! on the whole, i thought it was really good, but could have used a little bit of work here and there...
Graphics: overall, they were very good. they were mostly well drawn, but the overall movie didnt involve too much animation (apart from the scrolling marque, that was cool!)... so graphics were ok, but i think that there could have been more detail invovled, because there wasnt too much animation.
Sound: was O.K... most of the voices were very good, and easy to understand, but some of the characters voices were really hard to make out. i think that some subtitles would have worked well during 'Atomicus's scene. (was it Atomicus? well, the grim reaper dude...) so i thought that the speech quality could have used some work.
but the songs used throughout the movie were very well chosen, and i thought they went exelently well with the movie.
Style: was awesome. it was a very origional idea, with some great content. it was very similar to a real news report show. so the style was great.
Violence: there wasnt really that much violence in the clip, but CommunistClock DID pull out a gun, didnt he? hehehe...
Humor: well, on the whole i thought that the movie was mildly funny, but nothing too ROFL like.
but still, i was quite amused at the whole thing...
Overall, this 'News Report' was very well made, and looks like a lot of planning went into it.
the LNL commercial was really cool (heh, i am a member, so i gota suport it!) and on the whole all aspects of the movie were quite good.
so well done, to all that worked on this sweet news report. i cant wait for number 2!
