Great FF7 Spoof
That was great. Very funny and very well put together. A good effort was definitely put into this. The minigame was fun and challenging. The only slight drawback was that the last bonus scene was kinda screwy. Except for the part with Aeris. Lol. That Philosopher guy needs to get a life if he's going to write a half page review bashing this cartoon. If he is so smart then he should consider the word 'arrogance'. Although I kind of agreed on the pronounciation of Tifa's name, but it's not that big a deal. Anyway, keep it up. You guys are awesome.
Very disapointing
When I saw a flash about an awesome game made by two of NG's best animators, I expected something impressive. What I got was a huge disapointment.
Now, while the graphics were pretty good (as I have come to expect from LF and SFB) the plot and the jokes were very weak. It is far too similar to the short bit LF did in "One Ring to Rule Them All 2". It was a good little concept in One Ring 2, but it's not something that should have been stretched out to create a whole movie with. It was just too long and tiring, and made fun of points of the game that should not have been made fun of (the Aeris thing wasn't funny).
The minigame was pretty fun and challenging, I'll give you that, but the extra scenes weren't amazing. The Barret-Tifa one I thought was actually pretty funny, but the other ones weren't that great, and that last one was just awful.
But the thing that really annoyed me about your flash was your pronounciation. Tifa is pronounced "tee-fah" not "tiff-uh" and Cait-sith is pronounced "kait-sith" not "kate-sith". Next time do a little pronounciation back checking before you start voicing characters.
Overall I have to say that this is a really disappointing work; honestly, the only reason I think this is so well awarded is because people have viewed it with a bias because of the reputation you have accumulated from your previous achievements. Try harder on your next work, or else your reputations as some of NG's greats may soon decline.
Funny
Very funny, the only reason i took off 3 points is that you need to play that stupid mini game to get the bonus scenes, im sorry but i get frustrated easily and that game is fruuuuustraating! especially because you only get like 12 seconds to put them in order, oh well it was still a funny cartoon
