I like how you put a twist on the siren/mermaid thing. It's not the greatest to look at, but I'm not a huge fan of water colors. It makes me wonder how and why, which is a lot more entertaining.

Yes, the famous greek writer Homer was the first one ever who wrote about sirens (in his masterpiece "Odysseus"), that's true.

I like that you went for a cyborg-like creature, I guess they're considered robotic as well. Well, of course they are. I guess they're considered robots is what I mean.
Anyway, amazing detail on this piece. I think the boy looks a bit off from behind. Really like the abstract background. Looks really good =D
