Cheers man. My love for 8-bit games had to eventually cross over into my love for music. I may do a few more 8-bit tunes before working on my orchestral stuff that lies half-finished at the moment... It's actually a pretty interesting compositional exercise to make 8-bit. You work with very limited "hardware" and have to be creative not just in terms of making maximum 3 voices work as a song, but also in terms of technically attaining the timbres and (fake) effects that each wave and pulse can do by manipulating the use of the notes and MIDI functions/controls. Fun stuff.

simply amazing and just like the real games. the instruments you chose were perfect and just like the ones i've heard on 8bitpeoples.com. in fact, you've inspired me to make my own with this similar style. ill try not to copy :P

At first, I expected this to be an RPG-styled victory theme, but it turned out to be a really cool NES-like song, really loved your melodies, they reminded me a bit of an old game I used to play as a kid, but I just can't remember it's name. Nice job!

Though i do love this catchy tune, i can't imagine myself winning a battle with this tune, to be honest it's sounds too like some cheery theme (i don't know what :D) but i think this is a great tune nonetheless.
