Reviews for "anime #1 REAL .VER.!"

actually that was a pretty good tut.

that tut. did help me a lil but im still having trouble in skin toning and shading can u help me

skull-basher responds:

yea sure.....Im accually making another tutorial now incorperating a bunch of tutorials and Ill have an in depth look at hair and color!
thans for the review...that tut I talked about should be done by...next wednesday I hope.

i guess it wasn't that bad...

but seriously, i think you need to practice your drawing a little bit more ^.^ especially if you're doing a tutorial. make the steps a little clearer... don't put "by changing the curve of the line, the direction the char is facing will change" yes i know you moved the line.... and i saw what you meant, but someone who is an absolute beginner, will have no idea what your talking about. put CLEARLY that if you move the line right/down/up/left, that the char will be facing right/down/up/left. as in, type it out, WHILE moving the line. music is really annoying, should be an option of no music, (besides turning off speakers) (mine happen to be hard to turn off easily) when i draw, i want to concentrate on what i'm doing, not be distracted by music, and yes def put buttons in to choose, instead of timed. people might want to study what exactly you're doing and then whoops! next part came! then they'll have to reload the whole thing to see it again! you don't always shade the whole left side of the face to give it "depth". depends on the lighting, what the char's position, etc. anyway there's so much wrong with this, i'm not going to bother pointing it out, cuz i'll be writign a book! so... bottom line, you should get a professional's tutorial (book, whatever..) and teach yourself, before you try to teach others. but you DO show promise, don't get me wrong.

skull-basher responds:

your entitled to your opinion.....but there are many diffrent things you can do with one persons head...I just showed one of those options in my tutorial and I said I was doing a tut that focuses on shading/coloring.

Hi! Remember me?

I was the one who gave it the long list of ways I thought it could be better. Well, no offense, but it still applies, since I've yet to have seen an anime where the characters have dots for eyes, unless surprised or something. In fact, the eyes are the only thing I'd say were bad.
/\
\ Thats how eyes are generally done, just with pupils.

skull-basher responds:

yea I made 2 giant tutorials with buttons and miusic and one has an in depth eye tutorial.

Better, but now too slow...

like I said if your other entry, a "next" button after each setp would be nice.

skull-basher responds:

alright..Im working on that right now..but thanks for the review!

Not optimised >:|

That music is making this movie huge, me thinks. Remember to use WAVs so that Flash can compress the music well.

It wasn't that enlightening, or educational, but you can draw.

skull-basher responds:

thanks..in your next review of my tutorials could you tell me what I could do to improve? (besides optimizing music)
