Reviews for "Time Out's "The Bible""

I really liked this

It's the only entry to make me laugh all day. I hope it makes it through. Might wanna check your recording technique or audio compression.

burtonearny responds:

I record through an eMac's microphone, and i use low quality sound to try to make the file smaller... doesn't work very well, but no matter... Any tips would be appreciated (although there are some already on this site).

well, im catholic so im offended

but im human so i found it hilarious. good job, perhaps work a bit on graphics but otherwise this was a genuinely original and funny idea

burtonearny responds:

Thanks! I think the people giving it 0 felt the same way, but didn't want to be such horrific sinners as myself.

That was a tough topic to satire.

I wonder how many bad messages you will end up with. It was still funny though. I was wondering why Moses yelled "Jesus" in anger when Jesus hadn't have even been around yet. I liked Eric Idle in the back near the beginning.

burtonearny responds:

Yes, though Moses did say "you shouldn't be here yet". Also, he didn't understand blasphemy, because he hadn't yet read the commandments. Python lives on!

good job

that was a really funny movie. the only problems i noticed were the animation wasnt great and the sound qyality wasnt the best but other than that it was good.

p.s. dont listen to all these people pissed off that it insults them, they should have a sense of humor

burtonearny responds:

Yes, I'm working on my animation technique... it isn't very good, so I compensate by accidentally causing all of the ultra-Christian internet freaks to materialise, which means great comedy, folks!

Jesus walked on water.

But Chuck Norris swam through land! Btw, blasphemy is claiming to be God. So technically that was heresy in the Ten Comandments scene.
