Reviews for "To the End of The World"

Rock On, Dude!

I can perfectly picture this song as a battle theme song for a game. It's an interesting, fast-paced song which I like a lot. Keep on making great songs!

I'm glad so many people think's this song would fit in a boss battle.
Generally I'm a big fan of boss battle themes because they work as musical highlights in most games. The battle scenes are what people remember.
Thanks for your vote and review!
More boss battles coming up in a short time.

nice!

very nice like a Theme to a anime!

cazok responds:

Yes, a lot of people think that :)
Glad to hear

To the Final Battle, to the End of the World

Starts off with some piano, going into the use of an electric guitar. That combination is a nice one and the melody played by both of them are very nice. This rock song isn't exactly very heard on the "rock" side, but the style used to make this song is very interesting. A good song to be putting up the volume for.

The chorus of the song is very nice, especially when it is played near the end. The song feels epic and it's as though a generation of heroes has met face to face with their nemesis.

As good as this song may be, it feels as though something is missing. Increasing the volume, I feel like the missing pieces start to come together. However, I help but feel something is still missing. I can't put my finger on it, but if I had to try and describe what it was, it's probably that the song does not keep me on my feet the whole time. The chorus part of the song is great, but other parts I can't seem to be that fond off. I guess an example of this is the part at 1:20.

I'll have to admit, I don't usually listen to rock that much, so perhaps most songs have that style. A apologize for it, but that would be the reason you have a 9 instead of a 10. Don't worry though, you'll still have your 5/5. I just wanted to put that thought out cause that's just how I feel. I am sorry if this offends you somehow though.

Conclusion: 5/5 and 9/10

cazok responds:

Thank you very much for this interesting review.

I know what you mean by saying it's not keeping you on your feet. I couldn't hold the same tempo and intensity throughout the whole song because it would simply enough be too much. The song needs variation. Although I could have chosen another kind of mood for the part starting at 1.20, I found it fitting for what I was aiming for.
However I can see what you mean, so I'll give it a thought for later projects.

Oh and by the way.... Of course I don't feel offended. Quite the contrary, I appreciate your critics.
It's much more helpful than just saying it's good (by that I didn't mean I'm not appreciating such short reviews either)

Be sure to check out my new songs :)

Nice and catchy

Nice and catchy, a bit of it sounded like a possible opening to a TV Show, or an ending to a video game.

Made in a MIDI program?

cazok responds:

Not made in any program at all :)
Everything is recorded on a MRS 1266 (check it out on Google)
