Claymation for the first time IS always tough...
You're following the great road to claymation, my friend. Aardman (not on Newgrounds, but did "Chicken Run" and "Wallace and Gromit"), KNOX, and I'm sure there are more out there, have probably started out just like you. Sometimes you have this image in your head that the clay will follow it, but it's easier to think about it, than doing it. I gave you a "7" for effort and "4" for submitting!!

real good for a first shot
hey man, this was awesome for a first flash, but obviously there's some room for improvement. Try to get a faster/smoother animation, more detailed sound figures, and less fuzz in the sound department. Also, the lighting seemed to vary from shot to shot, you might want to try and find the cause for this and fix it. But, overall it was great, i hope there's more to come

No really, but as said in the post before, try to get more pictures per second, so it's a bit smoother...
