I use Flash MX. To get the clips I rip them from a DVD using Amigo DVD ripper. Its free to try. Then I just record my voice and insert sounds and downsize it to make it user firendly, hope that helped.
Ok First Off...
The Whole Voice Over Thing Is Knox's (_KNOX_) ANd You Voices Wernt Funny AT ALL, the Movie Was Horrable you could barly make out what was happening if you never saw LOTR, and you could barely hear the voices! not like you would want to or anything but still.... if you get funnier lines, better story lines, and make the video and sound able to be watched or listened to easily!
