Its alright
Just don't be afraid to edit the sound of the vocals in the editing process (as I assume you would with the intruments). The vocals would be okay in a live setting when its all louder, but without proper mixing it just doesn't sound like album material. The song seems to lose its tempo in the moments when you try to speed it up and it just falls apart. A good start, but theres a ways to go yet.

I don't feel that is true ska convince me how. I understand you incorporated the horn section but the singing is not my taste sorry. ;(
It's true, our original material was basically rock with horns. We've become much more true to form recently, though. And no need to apologize! We put our music up here in order to get honest reviews, and if you honestly don't like it, we're glad to know it. Improvement is a major goal.

I gave it a five due to the instruments but otherwise I can't listen to this song. The singing is just awful (no offense to the singer) imo. But you know that's just me, these other people on here like it and it seems that you get alot of positive reviews so keep on making good musc.
Well, I can't blame you for not liking it. It's not a popular genre, and we suck. But we don't need everyone to like it, and I'm happy with your honest and perfectly courteous review. I really liked it, i agree with the guy below me about tempo changes. I think that you have somthing here but you just haven't really "hit your stride" You just need tp find a song where everyone in you band loves and wants to make better and is willing to work really hard to get it. On a more critisizing note, i think your singer needs to put more emotion in his voice, he is hitting all the notes really well and all but, it can get a little boring, especially with a longer song like this. I think that the overall piece was well done, but your still a little rough around the edges. Overall i liked it, you have a good sound, it dosen't stay the same which is a mistake a lot of people make, your original, and you have potential. Altogether its a good song but i wouldn't download it, but then again this isn't really my main focus of what i like to listen to (gunge and metal) so thank you for a good listen.
