For your second piece, not bad, just boring.
It's not that funny, the music is alright, the graphics are ripped, there's no interactivity. But for your second time it should be encouraging, just next time aim to please the viewer.

Not a big deal.
Perhaps it would've been better if it had to do with actual situations in the games, like in Sonic 3 when he takes up all the bumpers in the mini-stage. You know, that gumball machine thing. I dunno, I've got an emulator, so I play alot of these games.
As a side note, where do you find those sound effects?

No offense but I'm still waiting for the punch line. It's not one of the best on Newgrounds that's for sure. A little too corny, a little too "STUPID"...well you get my drift. Improvements? Make something funnier.
