For your second piece, not bad, just boring.
It's not that funny, the music is alright, the graphics are ripped, there's no interactivity. But for your second time it should be encouraging, just next time aim to please the viewer.

Not a big deal.
Perhaps it would've been better if it had to do with actual situations in the games, like in Sonic 3 when he takes up all the bumpers in the mini-stage. You know, that gumball machine thing. I dunno, I've got an emulator, so I play alot of these games.
As a side note, where do you find those sound effects?

Hey, "dude eaglefan101", he was making a JOKE, Tail's my favorite to, but he was making a joke, so don't take it so seriously. He built the Tornado and Tornado 2 and is quite a small lad (And surely very agile!). Don't take this to seriously.
Grafics: Youd didn't do the Sprites, so it ain't really grafics... the 1 is for the change of teeths when he was close into rolling into the rock (Which Tails already did).
Style: Once again, good movements on the characters and quite sweet movements, no "lag" between.
Sound: The sound was... No comment, not just what I like.
Violence. Poor Tails!
Interactivity: Couldn't do a diddly!
Humor: Not my humor, really. Maybe for the violent-Newground-freak out there, but not for me.
Overall: Not that very good. a 3 is in order.
Next time maybe try to not be so... Over-joking, it was just to much of "Haha, he got hurt".
