This is a symbolic cartoon that basically comments on how due to terms in the NAFTA, if canada is to ever allow private firms to use their water, just once, America has the rights to purchase all of Canada's water until they are bone dry.
Its a very intelligent subject you made in this film water is very important to all human life and animal life for that mater this was a solid PSA and I def hope to see more content like this in the future
