This is a funny Bill Clinton parody. The animation could be better and include more comedy.

Ahh, Bill Clinton jokes... This one is ok. The art is alright. You can tell who each character is meant to be, but other than that it's pretty standard. The audio quality is great, and very clear. It's not funny enough to be that memorable however. Average overall.
