Way back in 2023, I was commissioned to create a few animated sequences for my buddy Jeff Ryan's new slacker-noir, MOOCH (premiering today at IFF Boston). The first two were designed to be 90's-style cartoons playing on the lead's TV, and sync up thematically with his real-life attitude and situation. The last sequence is a nightmare, showcasing what life could be for him if he keeps with his lifestyle.

It seems the sequences were omitted from the final cut, but I still had a ball making them, and working with Jeff and the people at First-Name Films on them. Go see MOOCH at a theatre near you when it comes out!
