Graphics were pretty much the same, but hey, you have reoccuring characters so what can you do right. I think the animation was improved on, so that's good. Sound was good. Overall it wasn't bad...

I like the characters looks... and I love the music playing :) to my all time favorite ova Kenshin. I love that movie ;)
