You need more practice
Meh..Its better than most peoples first flash but..well It doesnt cut it on NG well..for me anyways.Heres a little tip you should heed..Add more detail and look at some tutorials.. D-

This is my 3rd Flash movie. I started it on my 4th day of using Flash and finished it in about a week. WELCOME TO NEW YORK is based on my artistic view of the city. I've lived in New York for all my life and there's no other place with more excitement, diversity, and fun. I drew each scene with just my hand+mouse and it was very difficult because I wanted the scenes to be exact. I'm so glad that it's finally done!

Sorry, but this I'm 13 and I've done better than this, so don't even start with the "this is a masterpiece for a 14-year-old."
I loved it
I really loved this one, it didn't had violence but it doesn't need it, it is very beautiful and the music fits like the music was made for this flash
you must continue flash please do it i love the sensitivity, usually i's hate something like this but this really rocks!
My only tip: use some more fps(in the beginning the animiation wasn't very smooth
