The culmination of 2.5 years of development. Slalomancers is a 1-button space shooter with an emphasis on social play. The demo allows you to play through Training Mode, the first 20 levels of the solo campaign, and Party Co-Op. The full version includes:
- 200 level solo campaign

I'd definitely agree that the training medals are harder. This is mostly a consequence of the demo only letting you play the first 20 levels of the campaign, whereas you can actually play the entire suite of training exercises present in the full game. Trying to 3-star levels 151-200 is immeasurably harder than training but of course those levels are only accessible in the full game.
