Using arrows to move makes the entire screen move. And using WASD in combination with z,x etc isn't convenient... what I managed to see is not bad I guess though

You're stranded in an island. Survive and try to find a way to escape! But what does it mean to escape?
Controls:
- W,A,S,D / Arrow Keys - Move, Navigate menus
- E,R - Navigate inventory
- X / Spacebar - Use item
- Z / Ctrl - Pick up item / Drop item
It seems like something is broken. I can't progress beyond the first screen, none of the buttons seem to do anything, except that there is a sound if I click "E". They guy is just laying on the beach.
