very cool concept and fun, i think you should give the player more time to read the instructions and some sound effects would be cool too. you should also add more upgrades to add strategy to the game and after a couple rounds you run out of upgrades which i think happens too soon, and maybe add more levels

Goal: eliminate as many enemies as possible, before they escape through the bottom of the screen
Controls: tap the screen (or move mouse) to position the attack cursor
Attack cursor controls one of 3 weapons:
- Blaster: shoots bullets like a traditional space shooter (top 3/4 of screen)
- Bumper: slides across bottom of screen, and knocks enemies back (always active)
- Special: hover over either of the special bars at the bottom to charge a powerful short-range attack, then hover away to release it
Round 1 is a quick Tutorial. Choose one upgrade after each round. Each weapon can be upgraded 4 times. There are 16 total rounds.
