It looks as though Satan has gone through some character design, as I notice he is quite different than the other appearances. It was a little unpleasant with how there was not much going on. Your Hell jokes are good, but I feel they need to be expressed in a more visual manner. Of course, with the stuff you described, that would probably be better off without showing. At least you use the same techniques and humor as in your other stuff. I liked how his head seemed to move from side to side.

Got very... slow

I like the imagination and the writing. The cynicism was nice, but with nothing but a bouncing head it gets a bit monotonous. I'lll give you a 7/10 because your drawing is well done and your ideas well thought out, but you need to work on your animation a bit more. I don't doubt you have it in you so get to it! ^_^
