Welcome to Reverse Fishing!
To survive being a fish you need to find and eat worms but some of them are just bait, if you eat the bait, you'll have to swim away from being pulled up by the fisherman.
Try to avoid sharks too, good luck!

WASD or Arrow Keys to move.
P to pause.
Game was made during a 72 hours game jam in 2023.

Give the smallest of hints to what is/isn't bait?
or allow some way of stealing the bait without getting caught?
Or... What about letting me kill the shark by dragging it to bait? I am very sad doing that didn't work.

Hey, first of all thanks for playing!
My original idea was that because you're a fish you can't tell what is a bait and what isn't, if you knew you could avoid the whole dodging mini game.
I really like your idea with tricking the shark though!
