This isn't a full fledged game but wow I'm blown away by the big effort on this project, at first I was convinced that these models and assets were ripped from a Scaredy Squirrel game I never heard about :P
This is what I made to create that mockup screenshot. The main reason I made an actual "game" instead of just 3D modelling the scene is that I wanted to brush up on making a 3D platformer in Godot; I'll probably keep working on this so I can teach myself how to do other important 3D platformer things (such as zones where the camera moves to a different position) and general game stuff (such as inventory and moving objects around). The outline on Scaredy is missing from this version because currently Godot WebGL doesn't support reading from the depth buffer... now it looks like bad emulation LMAO
Controls:
WASD to move
Comma to jump

Although they're mockup right now, the colors of the health bars do have design significance. I actually have a game design doc written up, and my idea was to implement a simple element system: Scaredy is healed by "cleaning" things and damaged by "dirty" things, and Dave is the reverse (damaged by "cleaning" things and healed by "dirty" things). I thought it would be a simple but interesting way to incorporate one of the pair's main contrasting traits. I did make a Dave 3D model, I just need to figure out how to get a follower AI working ala Phineas and Ferb.

Looks almost perfectly like a DS licensed game. It just needs more crusty JPEG spritework
game isnt complete. I cant make it to the end if I keep falling through the floor
it's an engine test, so there's no goal; the minimap as well as the rest of the ui is mockup. if you mean falling through an actual textured floor, thank you for the bug note
regardless, thank you for checking out my thingy. i do plan on making an actual small game soon though, so perhaps look forward to that...
